Trachte® Preassembled No-Floor buildings are designed and engineered for placement on concrete pads, curb foundations, knee-walls, steel equipment skids, platforms, mezzanines, and other structures. Foundations are provided and installed by others.
No-Floor Building Features
- Typically uses perimeter angle steel base frame.
- Ideal for “Drop-Over” type projects such as pump equipment and
battery buildings. - Lighter and less expensive.
- Uses site-poured concrete pad for building floor.
- Can be placed on a curb or knee-wall for buildings requiring taller ceiling height.
