What is your role at Trachte?

Team Lead – Application Development Group. I lead the Applications Development team to create new fabricated part designs, create and improve current data libraries and tools, and identify and resolve the root causes of various issues from fabrication, assembly, and engineering.

How long have you been with Trachte?

I have been employed with Trachte for 4 years and I was promoted to this role in January 2024.

What is your typical day like?

Create tools/work instructions/new designs to meet internal and external customer demands. Work with the App Dev Project Manager to plan upcoming projects for the App Dev team. Mentor and support the App Dev team on their various projects.

What is your favorite part about working at Trachte?

The people I get to work with every day are what I enjoy the most about Trachte. Everyone I work with has a pleasant attitude and they work to meet the given goals of a day.

Where do you focus your time and energy outside of work? One of my favorite activities is playing board games with family and friends such as Ticket to Ride and Spirit Island. When I feel like being creative, I put together 2D pixel art using fuse beads. In addition, this will be my second year of a jigsaw puzzle challenge I have with my family. Our goal is to assemble over 24,000 pieces in 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles this year.
